Search For User based on timeframe.

To Generate Total Amount of User based on a Date/Duration 

Access Web Insight

  1. Click on/Hover over Analysis
  2. Select “Web insights”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

Search For User based on timeframe

 

  1. Select a Specific date, week, month/duration you want to verify the total amount of user
  2. Select the User Web Insight Filter as we want to generate the user within the log
  3. Click on “Apply Filters” – The log will be generated based on the timeframe and filter selected.
  4. Click on export logs if there is more than 100 user which is the max limit can be displayed on dashboard. You will need  to download/export the .csv logs

Open the Downloaded CSV file (ensure to take notes where it been downloaded to): -




 


Follow the following Step to get the total amount of User Through the exported .csv logs

1) Click on the first user under the Name tabs/column. Then either scroll/highlight until bottom or type in “CTRL+SHIFT+[Down Arrow Key]” to highlight your data until the existing end

 

2) You can see the amount of user count displayed at the bottom based on the selected timeframe
